Robert walked into the bar and looked around. It wasn't anywhere as crowded as normal, given it being the middle of the day and all. The blonde walked in and then waited. He turned to the door and watched as the shorter dark haired man walked in behind him.
"So I assume, since you invited me on this journey of the drunken kind, that you have the tab, Alex?"

"Of Course. What do you want?" Alex asked while signalling to the barman.

"Oh...anything really. I'm not too picky with my alcohol," Robert said with a smirk and sat down at the bar. He looked around and saw that of the few patrons here at this time that they all looked like students that were just plain tired of class for the day. Not unusual, given that the bar was relatively close to Lakewood. Robert rested his chin in his hand and looked over at Alex as he ordered the drinks.

Once the barman came over Alex ordered 2 beers, before settling down on a stool next to Robert, "So what made you chose to come to Lockwood?" Alex asked

Robert looked over at Alex and sighed a bit.
"My best friend from childhood goes there and I wanted to follow him. Not to mention that it's the closest to home of I should need to go back for some reason. I also heard that they had a wonderful art program, so here I am," he explained as he took the beer that was set down in front of him.

Alex, quietly drank his beer, "You said you liked music?" Alex asked "what kind? and do you play any instruments?"

Robert took another drink and set the beer down again.
"I don't play anything but a friend of mine when I was small always wanted me to learn to play bass. He said he wanted it because he dreamed of starting a band. As it is he talked my sister into learning the guitar," he smiled and remembered Jace's attempts to form a band. "To listen to I like indie. I hate the rubbish most people think of as pop music and hard rock hurts my ears."
Robert laughed a bit.

Alex laughed too, "I hate that crap too", was the reply, Alex finished his drink. "Wanna another one?" Alex asked.

Robert looked down at his beer and decided that another wouldn't hurt. He smiled at Alex and nodded.
"If I didn't know any better, Alex, I would think you were trying to get me drunk. If that were the case then I would have to tell you that I am a taken man. There will be no taking advantage of me," the blonde joked.

Alex laughed as he called the bar man over and ordered more drinks "who says, I'm trying to get into your pants anyway?"

"No one did. I'm just covering my bases and my bits. All about keeping myself safe," Robert snickered as he accepted another beer. "It's what we got told to do in that stupid freshman orientation thing, remember? Not that I listened."
The blonde snickered as he took a drink.

"I don't really remember that" alex replied "too busy getting to know the local scene instead" turning back to his drink Alex continued, "So where is it you like to hang out?"

Robert snorted a bit. He didn't really hang out anywhere, he only really knew two people.
"You saw me in the common room. I usually end up in my apartment or with one of my two friends. I tend to stick to places where no one will notice me or where they won't really care if I'm there."
He took another drink from his beer.

Alex shock his head "so you've never been shown the great delights of this fair city? Well come on I'll take you on a scenic and rather drunken tour of the city", finishing his drink, Alex got up and put his coat on.

Robert looked up at Alex and laughed. He reached out and grabbed the other man's wrist.
"I have very well seen this city. I grew up in the suburbs. I spent quite a bit of time running about London with a few of my childhood friends. There was lots of time between these trips because we often ended up grounded for going into the city without permission," Robert smiled and finished his second beer ", and it wouldn't be a drunken tour! This is only my second beer."

"Ah, but have you seen its clubs and better yet its seedy underbelly? And who says those will be your last drinks of the night?", Alex pulled on the arm that had grabbed his wrist and hauled Robert towards the door of the bar.

Robert stumbled away from the bar and got pulled out the door. Before he knew it he was being dragged into the streets again. He looked over at Alex as he stopped just outside of the bar.
"Where are you taking me now, Alex?"

"One of the best seediest bars I know" was the quick reply "come on, the best time to get in is before 11 at night but the true fun kicks off at midnight". Alex dragged Robert down the road and hailed a taxi.

Robert laughed and followed Alex into the taxi when it arrived.
"I hope you're paying for this seedy night, cause I sure as hell have no money," he stated as he sat down. "And this, too, will be an interesting first experience."
Robert smiled as he remembered his last first time experience. That had sparked a great relationship, that one had.

Alex looked over, as Robert shut the door "Sure, this place is very cheap, all the best places are" was the reply "every experience should be interesting", Alex finished with a wink.

"I happen to agree with you there. All experiences should be at least a bit interesting," Robert said as the car started to move. Then he laughed.
"I get the strange feeling I'm going to get groped tonight...that would be interesting."

Alex gave instructions to the driver to take them to some arches under a railway bridge, "Well, if you are groped it won't be while either of us is sober" was the quick reply, "All gropings are interesting, especially if the other person is hot" Alex finished with a wink.

"I'd rather not be groped if I can help it. I don't think my signifigant other would quite like another person's hands all over me. That and I don't really want it either," Robert bit his lip at the thought of Nick if he found out he had gone to a night club and gotten himself fondled by tons of people. He shuddered and then smiled over at Alex.

Alex laughed "Don't worry, I won't do any groping besides if the parties as hot as I've heard we'll be too drunk to notice", Alex noticed Robert shudder "Whats up ghost walk over your grave or something?"

Robert shook his head at the question.
"No, I was just thinking about something is all. Just thought of how bad the guy I'm dating would freak if he found out I had gotten myself fondled my numerous people. Probably start to follow me everywhere and make sure no ones hands are on my arse other than his," Robert snickered at that thought and then smiled mischeviously ", could be fun though."
